NUTRITION & WELLNESS COACHING

The goal of Pallas Fitness, in addition to providing a fun and community focused environment with excellent coaching for your daily workout, is to increase your functionality, longevity, and wellness for the rest of your life. A regular fitness regimen is a huge part of this process, but another massive piece of the puzzle is to focus on our nutrition, sleep habits, and hydration. This is why we have formulated this program; to help you make the most out of the other 23 hours of your day, in addition to your one hour workout.

After doing an intake form to help us establish a baseline for the above categories (nutrition, sleep habits, hydration), our coaches will setup an initial consult where we will deep dive into these categories, and address areas you feel need the most work. From there, our coaching team will help you setup a plan that starts with small, measurable, simple steps to help you make sustainable and lasting changes. After that initial consult, the frequency of check ins with your coach depends on the level of accountability and guidance you are looking for! Keep reading below for the packages we offer.

Donna Atkinson

Donna (she/them) is absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to share her passion for nutrition and health at Pallas Fitness as a PN1 certified, NASM CPT and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. It is Donna’s best day when a client lights up after a new accomplishment, completes a task they didn’t think possible, or shares how they achieved something in their lives because of the mindset established working with a coach.

Donna works as Director of Operations at IthacaSports.com, started and leads a non-profit called FitSober offering free fitness classes to those living in and/or considering a sober lifestyle and has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from SUNY.

Lauree Myler

Lauree (she/her) is beyond delighted to share her love for food, nutrition, fitness and wellness with the Pallas community as not only a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, but also a PN Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach.

Lauree is the Operations Manager as well as one of our full time coaches at Pallas. When she’s not coaching classes you can find her keeping the facility clean, the equipment whirring, the technology functioning, and her personal training clients moving and grooving!

Habit Change Package

This package includes weekly 15- to 30-minute check-ins with your coach for 8 weeks after going through your initial consult. Your coach will work with you to create an action plan that will grow as you notch victories and your understanding of your habits, and ability to stick with them, broadens.

Consultation

This package includes a 60-minute initial consultation where your coach will address your habits and goals and give you an action plan to work through them. From there, you can self guide through your plan until you feel the need for a check-in with your coach to address progress and make progressive adjustments moving forward - OR sign up for our 8 week habit change package.

One Time Check In

This is a one time, 15-30 minute check-in, with your coach to discuss your action plan and make adjustments moving forward. Note that an initial consult is a pre-requisite for this service.

I started with the nutrition program to get some feedback on my nutrition and where I could make improvements. Having never had professional oversight on my diet I was curious how well I was actually eating. Working with Donna has been great. She identified the most pressing issues and we started to correct them (one or two at a time) each week. My first cycle of the Nutrition & wellness coaching with Keri has been going great. The 7 day meal plan is easy to follow and she gives me the opportunity to change some of the foods if I’m looking for something different. We talk every week and make changes as needed to help fine tune things.
