Functional 60

These functional fitness based classes will intertwine all disciplines of fitness - from strongman, to powerlifting, to weightlifting, to monostructural elements, to gymnastics - into effective training sessions designed to improve both strength and conditioning.

Kids 45

On hold UNTIL FALL 2023

Engaging classes for your kids ages 5-12 (other ages admitted case by case) that focus on having fun, playing games, and doing functional movements.

Yoga EVERY SATURDAY

These recovery focused classes will make use of traditional yoga practice in combination with foam rolling and trigger point work to help members stay healthy and improve their functionality.
