FOUNDATIONS

Your journey starts with our mandatory Foundations class. You’ll learn the basics of CrossFit in a series of 3 private sessions with one of our instructors. By the end of Foundations you will:

  • Know the basics of safe and efficient movement
  • Be comfortable with our equipment and our space
  • Set your goals and intention
  • Get your questions answered
  • Meet our incredible community of instructors and athletes!

OPEN GYM

Come in to try the workout of the day, execute your own workout plan, or talk to one of our instructors for individual instruction and advice.

CROSSFIT 60

These classes are focused on conditioning and designed to be approachable by members of all fitness levels, no introduction required! We will make use of typical cardio machines, our bodies, and kettlebells/dumbbells to perform effective full body workouts over a 45 minute class. These high energy classes will focus on aerobic fitness, and incorporate basic functional exercises to get you sweating and feeling results immediately.

KIDS 45

These classes are designed to make fitness fun for kids, and make the gym an enjoyable environment that they will love for life. We will introduce kids to a wide variety of movements including gymnastics, weightlifting, and traditional cardio through games and other activities to make it fun for kids ages 5 through 12!
