10m - Squat Snatch Review

MetCon - 8 Rounds of 90s per Station (24m clock):

Station 1 - 21/18 Calorie Row

Station 2 - Heavy Single Snatch, ascending

*How this workout will work. Athletes will partner up and share a rower. Athlete 1 will start on the rower, athlete 2 will start on their barbell. Athletes will have a 90s window to complete a 21/18 calorie row, or a heavy single snatch. In the remaining time of that window, the athlete will rest, or add weight to their barbell. They will then switch stations. There is no rest between stations, and athletes will perform each station 8 times.
