MetCon - 5RFT, each movement to be done ‘you go, I go’ (20m time cap):
10 KB/DB Front Rack Lunges (5/leg) 50/35
10 DBs/KBs Facing Burpees
40 Double Unders
*Partner 1 will do 10 lunge steps, then partner 2. Then partner 1 will do 10 ttb, then partner 2. Follow this format to complete each round, until all 4 rounds are complete.
